Christina “Xtina” Prince is a New York based music industry executive. As the GM of Raedio, she spearheads the launch and development of the company's Label and Publishing roster, brand strategy and ecosystem. Xtina has 12+ years of industry experience that span across artist management, indie and major label A&R and Operations including creative delivery, finance and business affairs. Prior to joining Raedio, she spent 7 years at Universal Music Group and used her passion for development, experience in tech and artist relations to achieve long term new business and innovation goals within the powerhouse organization. A champion for artist development and advocate for resources and guidance for artists and women of color, she continues to use her relationships and expertise to further the careers of independent artists through consulting, planning and strategic partnerships.

Napier first started at Raedio as a coordinator and rapidly climbed the ranks within the company, now serving as Raedio’s A&R Director and Product Manager. To date, Napier managed the release of Raedio/Atlantic Records artist Josh Levi’s debut EP album, DISC TWO. The Raedio executive also oversaw the amplification efforts of artist and songwriter Jae Stephen’s EP, High My Name Is and psychedelic R&B duo, GAWD's debut project, Cathedral City. Prior to his time at Raedio, Napier worked directly under William Morris Endeavor (WME) partners Brian Edelman, Peter Schwart, and Kevin Shivers where he supported music agent teams over an almost three-year tenure. Napier moved on shortly after to work briefly on award-winning Southern rap artist, Quavo’s day-to-day management team. Napier launched his music career as an assistant road manager for iconic NYC based rap duo, EPMD – all fueled by his family’s long legacy of musical passions which he pursued during college DJing on campus and across the east coast. A Long Island, NY native, Napier graduated from Princeton University. He currently resides in Los Angeles.

Adept at project management and digital content production, Leslie Edwards supports the development of label artists as the Coordinator for Label & Publishing at Raedio. Some of her notable achievements include her involvement in the launch of Cathedral City, the debut project by the dynamic duo GAWD, and Rap Sh!t The Mixtape. Prior to Raedio, Edwards worked as the Social Media Manager & Digital Content Producer for Grammy-nominated rapper and musician JIDENNA. She traveled across North America and Africa with him, photographing and filming content, curating his social media, and executing digital marketing campaigns. Edwards’ versatile background spans various industries, including fashion, artist management, and digital media. Her previous clients include multi-Grammy Award-winning artist Anderson .Paak, The Free Nationals, Tanerélle, and more. A Texas native, Edwards graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Television, Radio & Film, and Information Technology. She currently resides in Dallas.
